Quantum + AI Defense
I-314 develops quantum-safe cryptography and AI cyberdefense technologies for government agencies, defense organizations and critical infrastructure operators, as well as for private companies exposed to the same threats.
A changing security landscape
Two technological developments are changing the risk profile of critical systems and require new security measures.
Long-term confidentiality at risk
Encrypted data intercepted today can be stored and decrypted once a sufficiently powerful quantum computer becomes available. Systems based on RSA and elliptic-curve cryptography are exposed to this risk, known as “harvest now, decrypt later”.
- Classified, diplomatic and defense communications
- Citizen, health and financial records that must remain confidential for many years
- PKI, VPN, TLS and code signing in critical systems
AI systems as a new attack surface
Language models and AI agents are being integrated into operational processes, with access to data, tools and other systems. This introduces risks such as prompt injection, misuse of tools and data leakage, which conventional security controls are not designed to detect.
- Agents that execute actions through tools and APIs
- Retrieval and memory pipelines exposed to data poisoning
- Regulatory requirements for documented, reproducible testing
Two areas of specialization
I-314 organizes its products and consulting services into two areas: Quantum Defense and AI Defense.
Quantum Defense
Protection of data and communications against quantum-enabled threats, and training for the teams responsible for the transition to post-quantum cryptography.
- Q-CIPHER Post-quantum encryption gateway
- Q-LAB-314 Post-quantum training & red team lab
- Consulting PQC migration & crypto-agility
AI Defense
Security testing, runtime protection and compliance evidence for AI systems, including language models and autonomous agents.
- AI-Egis AI red teaming & runtime protection
- Consulting AI red team & assurance
- Consulting AI governance & compliance
Proprietary technology
All I-314 products are developed in-house by I-314 Security Research and are based on open standards.
Q-CIPHER
Hybrid post-quantum encryption gateway using ML-KEM-1024 and ML-DSA-87 (NIST Category 5). The gateway routes encrypted traffic without access to its content.
Learn moreQ-LAB-314
Training and red team platform for post-quantum cryptography, covering theory, hands-on laboratories, implementation testing and controlled attack exercises.
Learn moreAI-Egis
Automated red teaming and runtime protection for language models, AI agents and MCP servers, with 998 security tests across 21 domains.
Learn moreAdvisory services
I-314 consultants work with the company’s own platforms, which allows results to be reproduced and transferred to client teams.
PQC migration & crypto-agility
Cryptographic exposure assessment, prioritization and a migration roadmap aligned with NIST and CNSA 2.0 timelines.
Learn moreAI red team & assurance
Security testing of LLM applications and agents, mapped to MITRE ATLAS and OWASP, with reproducible evidence.
Learn moreAI governance & compliance
Governance frameworks, model approval processes and evidence for the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 42001.
Learn moreSovereign & air-gapped deployment
On-premises and offline installations for environments in which data, keys and models must remain under the client’s control.
Learn morePrinciples
These principles apply to every I-314 product and engagement.
Verifiable evidence
Coverage and detection figures are calculated against public catalogues and benchmarks, and published together with their methodology.
Data sovereignty
Products can be deployed on-premises or in air-gapped environments, with no access by I-314 to client data.
Open standards
Our work is based on NIST FIPS 203 and 204, CNSA 2.0, MITRE ATLAS, OWASP and the EU AI Act.
Responsible dual use
Offensive research is used to improve defenses and is published in accordance with responsible disclosure practices.

One AI System, Many Rulebooks
AI regulation is no longer a European story. Spain's AESIA, Korea's AI Basic Act, Singapore's AI Verify, the Gulf's data-protection regimes and Latin America's modernizing statutes form a patchwork of rulebooks on different clocks — and their demands converge on the one thing paperwork cannot provide: technical, reproducible proof that the system was actually tested. A tour of nine jurisdictions and the evidence layer beneath them.
ReadZero Trust for AI Isn't One Wall — It's Two Planes and an Auditor
Most "Zero Trust for AI" pitches collapse into a single inline filter in front of the model — one wall guarding one door. A real posture answers two questions at two enforcement planes — is this input/output safe to pass? and should this action execute now? — plus a third, out-of-band auditor whose only job is to prove, adversarially and reproducibly, that the planes hold. And the auditor must never become the wall.
ReadThe silent Quantum-Hadamard bug: when initializing your qubits “the usual way” destroys your risk model
A single Hadamard gate can turn a portfolio's riskiest asset into its safest — and the circuit never complains. Working on a 110-qubit portfolio-risk pipeline, one extra gate in the initial state folded the risk curve back on itself: the riskiest asset, SMCI, dropped from rank #1 to #100. Not a code bug, but a design error that no automated test catches.
